Mr. Steve Sullivan has been in the career school business since 1986 serving as financial aid director, school director, admissions representative and corporate training officer. He was born in Nashville Tennessee but re located to the Atlanta area in the middle 1980s. He attended Belmont University in Nashville after completing high school. His current position allows him to work closely with the student body to ensure a quality learning experience while attending Pro Way Hair School. He is responsible for the day to day operations of Pro Way Hair School.
Director of Operations | Full Time
As the Director of Operations Mr. Jordan serves the institution by managing quality assurance programs, supervising, hiring, and training other employees, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Also within this capacity, he serves as the Director of Career Placement in which he works with students looking to enhance their employability profile which may include resume writing, interview techniques or providing job leads. Mr. Jordan draws on his experience from areas of business, organizational management, community service, health sciences, and career development. He seeks to empower individuals in achieving their career goals by providing guidance, resources, and opportunities through collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, employers, and members of the business community. As an advocate of continuing education, this Cincinnati, Ohio native completed his studies in Health Care Administration at Cincinnati State and holds a Liberal Arts degree with a focus on psychological studies and communication studies from Mercer University in Atlanta Georgia. Mr. Jordan is also a registered Mediator(Neutral) with the state of Georgia.
Front Desk Receptionist | Full Time
Joyce Wagner serves as a front desk receptionist for Pro Way Hair School. Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Ms. Wagner relocated to Atlanta Georgia in 2006 where she began her pursuit of a career in Barbering by attending Pro Way Hair School and obtaining her barber license in 2008. Prior to entering the Beauty and Barber industry, Ms. Wagner has worked several years as an event and fashion show coordinator.
Financial Aid/Student Services Coordinator | Full Time
Mrs. Jessica Gant serves as the Financial Aid / Student Services Coordinator at Pro Way Hair School. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance in 2005 from Tougaloo College the Jackson Mississippi native has successfully solidified herself in the financial aid arena in both private and public sectors. In addition to financial aid, Mrs. Gant also compiles and edits the Pro Way Hair School newspaper as well as website maintenance.
Custodian | Part Time
Prior to joining Pro way Hair School, Corey has served in various admission and retention positions in the Higher Education Sector. To name a couple, Corey served as The Associate director of admissions at Altierus College as well as Associate director of admissions and records at Brown Mackie College of Atlanta.
Corey is a member of—and has served in leadership positions for—several Local Community groups, including The Covenant House of Atlanta, The Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta and The Touchdown Club of Dekalb County. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Augusta State University but has also attended countless Training and Development Seminars relating to student personnel, guidance and counseling.
