Steve Sullivan

Chief Administrative Officer | Full Time


Mr. Steve Sullivan has been in the career school business since 1986 serving as financial aid director, school director, admissions representative and corporate training officer. He was born in Nashville Tennessee but re located to the Atlanta area in the middle 1980s. He attended Belmont University in Nashville after completing high school. His current position allows him to work closely with the student body to ensure a quality learning experience while attending Pro Way Hair School. He is responsible for the day to day operations of Pro Way Hair School.

Gabrielle Caslin-Wimbush

Director of Operations | Full Time


Gabrielle Caslin-Wimbush serves as the Director of Operations. Mrs. Caslin earned her Master of Cosmetology from Southern Crescent Technical College (formerly known as Griffin Technical College) in Griffin, Georgia, and her Master Educator Instructors License from Michaels School of Beauty in Macon Georgia. Mrs. Caslin began her career in the cosmetology industry as a stylist and salon owner who felt the pull of teaching and thus transitioned into the educational side of the industry, first as an instructor, then as Campus Director for an entire site. With 23 years of professional and educational experience in the beauty and barber industry for the private sector and state sector, Mrs. Caslin decided to pursue her dreams into the operations side of the industry.

Cory Erks

Financial Aid Director | Full Time


Ms. Erks has been in the proprietary school business for 37 years. Cory has worked in several areas of administration and financial aid. Cory has served as a registrar, financial aid director as well as a SCO (School Veterans Certifying Official). Cory is eager to help students fulfil their dreams of graduating from Pro Way Hair School. 

Elexis Thomas

Director of Admissions


Elexis Thomas is our Director of Admissions and Enrollment here at Pro Way Hair School. She is a native of McDonough, GA. While studying Mass Communications at Valdosta State University, she also served as a work study student for the Admissions Department. Ms. Thomas also served as the university's prime news source, Social Media Chair, and head of many organizations on campus. After graduating in 2021, she explored positions of social media and marketing until finding her home here. With our institution, she has worked on recruiting new students, evaluating potential students, and managing the comprehensive admissions process, while also serving as our social media personnel.


In her spare time, Elexis enjoys being a DJ to Atlanta's night life, cooking, and enjoying friends and family. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. We are excited to have her here at Pro Way Hair School!
